The Common Use Agreement was modified with language suggested by the City Attorney, and <br />then e-mailed back to the County who approved the modification with minor changes. The final <br />draft of the agreement has now been approved by both parties and their legal advisors and is <br />attached, along with maps relating to the City's portion of the proposed work, in its approved <br />form. Upon execution of the Common Use Agreement by the City of Colton, the Agreement will <br />be returned to the County, who has agreed to furnish the City with the necessary project timeline <br />schedules prior to the start of construction. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />An Initial Assessment has been filed, for which a categorical exemption under CEQA was received, <br />and can be viewed at the San Bernardino County Regional Parks Division offices. Please contact <br />Maureen A. Snelgrove, Program Manager at (909) 387-2591. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT <br />This phase of the overall SART project is being funded with TEA funds through Caltrans, <br />private non-profit funds and County match dollars.
