Award a Five -Year Lease Agreement for Copiers <br />November 5, 2002 <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council award a five-year lease agreement, including maintenance, for <br />copiers for Finance and Parks, Recreation & Family Services Department to Minolta Business Solutions <br />in an annual amount of $$3,288.12 each and give the City Manager the authority to execute the lease <br />agreements.
