October 21,2002 <br />City of Colton <br />c/o Parks, Recreation <br />and Family Services <br />Dear Mayor and Council Members <br />The Chamber's `Christmas in the Park' committee is working on this yearly event to be <br />held Saturday, December 14,2002. <br />As in the past this event includes the Parade, which begins at 10 am at O Street and La <br />Cadena Dr, marching north on La Cadena Dr, and ending at D. Street. The Park Program <br />in Fleming Park, begins directly after the parade, at approximately 11:30 am. <br />This year we would like to extend our events to include a Street Fair, on the south side of <br />Fleming Park, between 7a' Street and La Cadena Dr, on F. Street. Also, the use of the city <br />installed electrical facilities on both sides of this street.
