ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed public improvements are Exempt under Section 15301.(c) (Existing Highways or <br />Streets) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Construction of the Santa Ana River Project Area — Washington Medians Project is funded by the <br />Redevelopment Agency, Account Number 457-9150-9155-3890, for an amount of $657,147.46. <br />The City Council authorized a ten -percent (10%) contingency of $65,714.75 in their regular <br />meeting of March 26, 2002, with the authority given to the City Manager to approve change orders <br />as needed up to this amount. <br />■ Staff respectfully recommends Final Acceptance of the Santa Ana River Project Area — <br />Washington Medians Project in the amount of $617,568.87 and requests that the City <br />Council authorize finalizing a Notice of Completion for this project. <br />■ Staff recommends that Council approve the execution and recordation of this document. <br />Attachment: Notice of Completion <br />Change Order 1, 2 & 3 — Exhibit "A" <br />Final Amount of Project— Exhibit `B" <br />Report prepared by Victor Ortiz - Engineering Department <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney: j�T(J,..
