R-135-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />AUTHORIZING A WATER RECYCLING FACILITIES PLANNING GRANT <br />APPLICATION TO THE STATE WATER RESOURCES CONTROL BOARD <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Colton City Council that the City Manager or his/her <br />designee is hereby authorized and directed to sign and file, for and on behalf of the City of <br />Colton, a Water Recycling Facilities Planning Grant Application for a grant from the State <br />Water Resources Control Board in the amount not toexceed $75,000 for a facilities planning <br />study of City of Colton Reclamation of Aquifer Supply Project, and <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Colton hereby agrees and further does authorize <br />the aforementioned representative or his/her designee to certify that the Agency has and will <br />comply with all applicable state statutory and regulatory requirements related to any state <br />grant funds received, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager or his/her designee of the City of <br />Colton is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute a grant contract and any amendments <br />or change orders thereto on behalf of the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED, this 19th day of November, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
