ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />As reported in the Agenda for the City Council Meeting of May 7, 2002, all items relating to the <br />Environmental hnpact Report and the requirements of CEQA have been satisfied for this Project. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />The offers of dedication are made to the City of Colton by the owners of the property, East Valley <br />Land Company, Wanvog hivestments LLC and Guadalupe Home for Boys, hic., included in and <br />adjacent to the proposed E.D.A.
