In that capacity we are in receipt <br />Of your claim for damages to your tire and rim while driving on south on Pepper towards <br />Valley in Colton. <br />We have now completed our investigation into your claim by receiving and reviewing <br />the departmental report. The City had no notice of any defects in the roadway prior to <br />August 25 when they were notified by the Police Department. Records show that on <br />August 25, 2002 at 9:25 PM the area in question was patched.
