R-124-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION <br />OF A PORTION OF THE ALLEY WAY SOUTH OF VALLEY BLVD <br />EAST OF LA CADENA DRIVE <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton as follows: <br />SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Colton, pursuant to chapter 3 of the <br />State of California Streets and Highways Code, does hereby declare its intention to order <br />the vacation of that portion of the alley way south of Valley Blvd east of La Cadena Drive as <br />described in Exhibits "A" and 'B" which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />For further particulars as to the proposed abandonment, reference is hereby made to the <br />map on file in the Office or the City Clerk of Colton, California. <br />SECTION 2. That the hour of 6:30 PM on the 19'h day of November, 2002, in the <br />Council Chambers at City Hall located at 650 North La Cadena, Colton, California, be and <br />the same is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where all persons interested in or <br />objecting to the proposed abandonment may appear before the City Council. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 151h day of October, 2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
