COPY <br />SUMMARY OF CHANGES FOR IBEW MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />THE CONTRACT YEAR EXPIRING NNE 30, 2005 <br />This document contains a summary of the modifications to the wages, hours and other <br />terms and conditions of employment of Colton Intemational Brotherhood Of Electrical Workers, <br />Local 47 (the Union) members, which have been negotiated pursuant to Govemment Code <br />Section 3500, et se�c ., which is generally referred to as the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act. These <br />modifications shall be incorporated into the "comprehensive" Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) upon the approvai of the City Council of the City of Colton and will be placed into effect <br />upon the adoption of the necessary ordinances and resolutions by the City Council, if acceptable <br />to them, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. <br />I. TERM OF AGREEMENT: The agreement will last for a three yeaz period beginning <br />July 1, 2002 and ending midnight June 30, 2005. <br />II. SALARY: The Union agrees to accept the mean average of Azusa and Banning (Survey <br />Cities). In general, the average increase across all positions in the Unit is approximately <br />7%.
