On June 18, 2002, Council approved the FY 2002-2003 Budget that allocated funds in the <br />Information Services Budget under Office Equipment (Acct#4900) to cover cost of new operating <br />software, upgrade to web site, and new hardware costs. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />There is no impact on the environment. The imaging system computers and hardware use standard <br />110 volt receptacles and do not require any special temperature conditions other than what is <br />normal for human working conditions. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council find that the public interest will not be served by a formal <br />proposal and approve Decision Management Company, Inc. as the sole source provider and the <br />purchase the recommended upgrades in the amount of $27,705.25. <br />REVIEW TEAM ONLY <br />City Attorney: <br />Finance <br />City Manager: _ U .
