Item #8 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 1, 2003 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />FROM: AMER JAKHER, P.E., CITY ENGINEER ( )C3-) <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF TRACT 15847 FOR <br />RECORDATION - COLCO PROPERTIES, LOCATED AT THE <br />TERMINUS OF PLACID LANE, EAST OF RECHE CANYON ROAD - <br />16 LOTS <br />DATE: MARCH 24,2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Tract 15847 is located at the terminus of Placid Lane, East of Reche Canyon Road. The development <br />consists of 16 single-family residential lots. The tract is being constructed by Colco Properties, Inc. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />The developer has submitted the required bonds, security deposit for monumentation and the <br />Subdivision Agreement. <br />The map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local Ordinances. <br />The map also conveys to the City of Colton, dedications for streets and easements for utility <br />purposes, which are subject to acceptance by the City Council. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The said development has been given approval and filed with a negative declaration on August 11, <br />1998 for the Environmental Determination. <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMPACT: <br />Fees for plan check of public improvements have been collected. Traffic impact and Public Works <br />permit fees will be collected prior to issuance of building permits. <br />
