The project site <br />is located on the easterly side of Maple Court. This site is being developed by Sanborn <br />Development. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />The Parcel Map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances.
