The area where you encountered the pothole which gave rise to <br />your claim is not within the City limits of Colton; rather, it is within the City limits of <br />San Bernardino. We would suggest you submit a claim to that entity as they are <br />responsible for this area. <br />With the above in mind, we have recommended denial of your claim.
