Cassel, Redevelopment Manage,( <br />SUBJECT: Consideration and Approval of San Bernardino County's Request to <br />Utilize Agency Owned Property for Overflow Parking. <br />DATE: August 12, 2003 <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS <br />On September 27, 2003, the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) will be conducting a <br />Health and Safety Fair. In anticipation of the attendance level it expects for the event, ARMC has <br />requested approval of a Real Estate Services Use Permit (in substantially the form attached hereto) <br />for the use of the property located at the corner of Meridian and Valley Boulevard (former <br />Frontiertown). ARMC plans to use the property from 8 am to 8 pm on the day of the event for <br />overflow parking.
