Item #14 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF August 21, 2003 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council Members <br />FROM: Michael Williams — City Treasurer kjql-1 <br />SUBJECT: Annual Investment Policy <br />DATE: August 13, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />California Government Code Section 53646 requires that the treasurer submit an <br />investment policy to the City Council and that the policy be considered and adopted at a <br />public meeting. <br />ANALYSIS/DISCUSSION: <br />The policy submitted for consideration is the same as was considered and adopted last <br />year.
