(Recommendation from the Planning Commission was for Disapproval) and Consideration of an Appeal of the Planning Commission's approval of a Modification to the Conditional Use Permit (File Index Number DCV -33-99) 0 allow the Inland Regional Materials Recovery Facility to accept, process, and transfer mixed municipal solid waste.
