R-81-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AUTHORIZING CITY EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES TO ACQUIRE FEDERAL <br />SURPLUS PROPERTY FROM THE CALIFORNIA STATE AGENCY FOR SURPLUS <br />PROPERTY. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Colton has need for federal surplus property to assist it in <br />providing services to its citizens, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS; the following City of Colton personnel listed below shall <br />be and are hereby authorized as our representatives to acquire federal surplus property from <br />the California State Agency for Surplus Property under the Terms and Conditions set forth by <br />that Agency: <br />1.) Police Sergeant Bill Burrows, 2.) Police Officer Charles Lewis, 3.) Equipment Manager <br />Kenneth Conaway, and 4.)
