CUA 2003-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />JULY 1, 2003 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2004 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and adopted on June 10, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved Budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the Colton Utility Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Colton Utility Authority resolves as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an Amendment to the 2003/2004 Fiscal <br />year Budget, increasing the Well 15/17 & 24 Wellhead Treatment Account No. 521-8100- <br />8105-3895 by $1,000,000 and decreasing Retained Earnings in the Water Fund in said <br />amount. <br />SECTION 2.
