R-83-03 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2003 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2004 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing July 1, 2003 and ending June 30, 2004 was approved and <br />adopted on June 10, 2003; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2003/2004 <br />Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the expenditure account in the General Fund Account <br />Number 100-1000-1150-2350, and decreasing the Unappropriated Fund Balance <br />Account, Number 100-2970 for the amount of $76,500 <br />SECTION 2.
