FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The designation of this historic landmark will create no financial impact to the City <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) <br />and Section 15331 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends designation of historic Landmark #51 based on the on the recommendation <br />of ACS, as an historically eligible site, and pending the cooperation of Owner Clara Guerrero of <br />the property located at 280 East F Street, to abide by the recommendations to preserve this <br />significant resource. <br />Prepared by: Carolina P.
