City Council Meeting — December 2, 2003 <br />Submittal of CDBG Projects <br />Page 2 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions: <br />1. Allow citizen comment on the CDBG Project Proposal Applications on the attached list. <br />2. Approve the submittal of the CDBG Project Proposal Applications on the attached list to the <br />County of San Bernardino for eligibility and qualification review for funding from the CDBG <br />Program for Fiscal Year 2004-2005. <br />3.
