Approve Reclassification <br />December 8, 2003 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The City Manager concurs with Human Resources' recommendation for approval of the request for <br />reclassification. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The proposed increase will not, negatively, impact the adopted and approved budget for the Public <br />Services Department. The salary can be found in the Public Services' Budget under Account <br />Number 100-6150-6160-1010 with salary benefits under Account Number 100-6150-6160-1100. <br />ENVIROMENTAL IMPACT: None. <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST IMPACT: None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends ratification by City Council of the instant request, namely, the <br />reclassification of the Office Specialist H position, in the Public Services Division, to the position <br />of Senior Office Specialist. <br />
