Item #8 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF February 4, 2003 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />iac— <br />FROM: Ron Kenny — Director of Parks, Recreation & Family Services <br />SUBJECT: Reservation Request for Fleming Park— Brownie Troop 431 <br />DATE: January 22, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Cil Scouts Brownie Troop #431 of Colton has submitted a facility reservation request for the <br />use of Fleming Park on March 2, 2003. Their listed intention for use is to host an awards <br />ceremony. A copy of the facility use application from the organization has been provided. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Fleming Park presents a high-profile, centralized location to reach the community as a whole, <br />and the event has the potential to positively impact the community.
