V. PARTIES COVERED <br />In addition to Colton and the County, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be <br />binding upon, any and all joint powers, affiliates, officers, directors, agents or representatives of <br />each of the Parties. <br />VI. TERMINATION <br />This Agreement will terminate automatically on January 31, 2004. Colton or the County <br />may terminate this Agreement prior to that date by giving at least thirty (30) days advance <br />written notice to the other party. The thirty (30) days advance written notice will begin to run <br />upon receipt of notice by any of the following methods: 1) certified mail, return receipt <br />requested; 2) facsimile service with confirmation of receipt; or 3) personal service.
