may be necessary or appropriate to give full force and effect to the terms and intent of this <br />Agreement. Subject to a separate Compromise Agreement and Release, and upon completion of <br />the preconditions described in paragraphs 4, 5, and 6, Plaintiff shall direct Plaintiff s attorney to <br />execute a dismissal with prejudice of the Complaint described in paragraph 2 as to co-defendants <br />Robert Tepper and Renee Tepper, and file it in the proper court, and deliver an executed copy to <br />counsel for the Teppers. <br />13. Attorneys' Fees. Each party to this Agreement shall bear all attorneys' fees and <br />costs arising from that party's own counsel in connection with the Complaint, this Agreement, <br />and the matters referred to herein, the dismissal of the Complaint, and all related matters. This <br />paragraph shall be applicable to this entire Agreement. <br />13. Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the <br />parties. <br />14. Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective immediately on <br />execution by Plaintiff and Defendant. <br />15. Governing Law.
