R-0403 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2002, <br />and ending June 30, 2003, was approved and adopted on June 18, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances and <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be made <br />the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval <br />Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/2003 Fiscal <br />Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number <br />100-6070-6077-2301-0000-001, and increase the Revenue Account Number 100-6764 in <br />amount of $23,133.51. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 21'^ day of January, 2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
