ENVIRONMEENTAL BIPACT <br />Neither the Agreement nor the release of said Agreement will have an environmental <br />impact. The construction of the improvements covered in the agreement were Exempt <br />from an environmental impact under Section 15301. (c) (Existing Highways or Streets) of <br />the Califon-lia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />FINANCIAL/FISCAL IMIPACT <br />There is no financial impact generated by the release of the Off-site Agreement since the <br />filing fee charged by the Recorder's Office to record the attached "Release of <br />Agreement" is waived for the City. <br />RECOMAMNDATION: <br />Staff respectfully recommends that Council authorize the Mayor of the City to sign the <br />Release Agreement as prepared by the City Attorney. <br />Staff further requests that upon execution by all parties involved, the "Release <br />Agreement" be duly recorded with the San Bernardino County Recorder's Office. <br />Attachment: Exhibit "A" Agreement to Construct Off -Site Improvement, <br />Documents #91-91127, O.R.
