Barrera, City Clerk eb <br />SUBJECT: Possible Conflict of Interest Disclosures for the City of Colton Council <br />Meeting of July 1, 2003 <br />DATE: June 30, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In addition to other provisions of law that prohibit City Council members from having financial <br />interest in City contracts, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 0-16-01, which requires <br />City Councilmembers to disclose, during open session, any gifts aggregating $50.00 or more <br />that he or she has received or been promised from a party or participant in any proceeding <br />before the City Council involving a license, permit, contract or other entitlement.
