Item #4B <br />RESOLUTION NO. 814 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />FOR THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING AND <br />TRANSMITTING ITS REPORT ON THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE LA CADENA <br />CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA TO <br />THE COLTON CITY COUNCIL <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law (Health and <br />Safety Code Section 33000, et seg), the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the <br />"Agency") has prepared a proposed Redevelopment Plan for the La Cadena Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project Area (the "Redevelopment Plan"); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection therewith, the Agency has prepared the Agency's <br />Report to City Council (the "Report"), which is the report and information required by Health <br />and Safety Code Section 33352. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED <br />BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The Agency hereby approves its report on the Redevelopment <br />Plan. <br />SECTION 2. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized and <br />directed to transmit the report and the Redevelopment Plan to the City Council of the City of <br />Colton. <br />SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />PASSES, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this ht day of July 2003. <br />
