In no event shall the time period extend beyond <br />October 15, 2003." <br />3.2 Section 3.3.4 shall be amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br />"Section 3.3.4. Owners agree to remove all debris, rubbish and trash not <br />stored in approved trash receptacles and all abandoned, discarded, broken, wrecked, <br />inoperable, or discarded household furnishings, appliances, machines and tools, or <br />similar objects or equipment, exclusive of vehicle parts, from the Subject Property by <br />no later than October 15, 2003.
