EXHIBIT A <br />THE MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE FOR ALL USERS SHALL BE $30.00 <br />A. RESIDENTIAL <br />Single -Family $30.00 per month per dwelling unit <br />Multi-Family/Condominium $24.30 per month per dwelling unit <br />B. SCHOOLS — Each school shall pay a monthly charge based on attendance for the <br />past 12 months. The monthly charge shall be $54.60 per month for each one - <br />hundred students average daily attendance, or part thereof, and minimum monthly <br />charge shall be equal to that for one dwelling unit. <br />C. COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL — Applicable to all users not covered by Paragraphs A- <br />B, above shall be: <br />Commercial/Industrial <br />Low Strength - $0.60/HCF* <br />Medium Strength - $0.90/HCF* <br />High Strength - $2.30/HCF* <br />D. SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL USERS <br />All new users shall be charged at the high strength rate until a permit specific rate is <br />established for the user. <br />Existing Permitted Users: <br />Angelica - $0.70/HCF* <br />Arrowhead Regional MC - $1.70/HCF* <br />Telco Foods - $14.40/HCF* <br />Jon -Lin - $5.80/HCF* <br />*HCF = Per 100 Cubic Feet of Water Used <br />
