Section 2.04.010 of Chapter 2.04 of the <br />Colton Municipal Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and <br />restated to read as follows: <br />11 RVPN \NGS\653440 <br />"Regular meeting of the city council shall be held in the <br />council chambers in the City Hall on the first Tuesday <br />and third Tuesday of each month at the hour of 5:00 p.m. <br />Whenever either the first Tuesday or third Tuesday so <br />appointed is a legal holiday, then the regular meeting of <br />the city council shall be held in the council chambers in <br />the City Hall at the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday <br />following that Tuesday, or at such other time as the city <br />council may determine by resolution." <br />SECTION 2.
