RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council give its formal consent to the assignment of the <br />City Agreements with Adams Advertising, Inc. to Lamar Advertising Company. The <br />Consent to Assignment shall be evidenced by a written agreement between the City, <br />Adams Advertising and Lamar Advertising Company in a form substantially similar to that <br />attached hereto, with any necessary non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Attorney.
