R-44-03 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />JULY 1, 2002 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2003 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, <br />2002 and ending June 30, 2003 was approved and adopted on June 18, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved Budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the Colton Utility Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council resolves as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2002/2003 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Wastewater Account No. 522-2100-000 for $100,000 and <br />decreasing the Water Account No. 521-1000-000 in said amount. <br />SECTION 2.
