1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />ill <br />1 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />211 <br />W, <br />SECTION 2: Chapter 18.44 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended in <br />its entirety to read as follows: <br />"Chapter 18.44 <br />HOME OCCUPATIONS <br />Sections: <br />18.44.010 Purpose and intent. <br />18.44.020 Application. <br />18.44.030 Criteria. <br />18.44.040 Criteria for home occupations in residences listed on the City of <br />Colton register of historic and scenic resources. <br />18.44.050 Prohibited uses. <br />18.44.060 Noncompliance. <br />18.44.010 Purpose and intent. <br />These regulations are provided so that certain incidental and accessory uses may <br />be established in residential developments under conditions, which will ensure their <br />compatibility with the neighborhood. They are intended to protect the rights of residents to <br />engage in certain home occupations that are harmonious with a residential environment. <br />18.44.020 Application. <br />An application for a home occupation permit shall be made at the community <br />development department. Information shall be provided to ensure that the use complies <br />with the applicable requirements listed in this chapter and Chapter 18.50. Additional <br />information may be requested by the department.
