Elizabeth Daggett to the San Bernardino County Flood Control District, in the document <br />recorded in Book 6169, page 721, Official Records of said County, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Parcel C; thence North 0°17'54" East along <br />the east line of said Parcel C a distance of 133.87 feet; thence North 87008'28" West a <br />distance of 214.51 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING : thence North 2°56'34" <br />West a distance of 196.54 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave <br />southwesterly and having a radius of 8 feet; thence northerly and westerly along last <br />said curve through a central angle of 88°12'15" a distance of 12.41 feet; thence South <br />88°11'11" West a distance of 64.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave <br />northwest and having a radius of 6 feet; thence westerly and northerly through a central <br />angle of 90000'00" a distance of 9.42 feet to a point of termination. <br />A plat of the previously described properties is attached hereto as "Exhibit A" <br />Record data from San Bernardino County Survey Map CS10076, dated October 1995 <br />Revised March 24, 2003 <br />Page 2 - BROWN, VENCE & ASSOCIATES <br />
