Fifth Street, M/L GT22A I <br />Los Angeles, CA 90013-1011 <br />Subject: City of Colton's Request for Electricity Generation Transportation Service, <br />2040 Agua Mansa Road, Colton, CA 92324, Federal Tax ID # 95-6000694 <br />Attention Mr. Spahr: <br />This letter is to request that SoCalGas provide large electric generation service to the <br />above listed address, under rate schedule GT -F5 with an effective date of May 1, 2003. <br />The City of Colton has reviewed the attached documents, which describes the conditions <br />and terms of noncore large electric generation service as approved by the California <br />Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). <br />The City of Colton understands that there is a two-year contractual commitment if E.I. <br />Colton elects to be served under firm large EG transportation service. <br />The City of Colton understands that as a condition of noncore service an electronic meter <br />reading device will be installed on the mechanical meter serving the above facility, and <br />that such device will be installed at Colion's expense. The City of Colton is aware that <br />the estimated cost of an electronic metering device for its transportation service could <br />vary between $2,000 to $ 10,000. <br />The City of Colton understands that SoCalGas will provide transportation service, <br />including gas quality, per its then current Rule 30, or its successors.
