PROFORMA <br />MASTER SERVICES CONTRACT <br />ACCOUNT NO. 18-8888-001-858.2 <br />TAXPAYER I.D. (S) 9560006 <br />ORDER CONTROL CODE(S) C271 <br />This Contract is entered into by and between Southern California Gas Company ("Utility,,) and clTy OF COLTON <br />("Customer") as of the —21st day of ADHL 2003. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises and mutual undertakings set forth herein, the parties agr5e as <br />follows: <br />Section 1 - Scope <br />This Contract sets forth the general terms and conditions under which Utility will provide gas services to Customer <br />pursuant to the applicable Tariff Rate Schedules and Tariff Rules which have been filed with the Public Utilities Commission <br />of the State of California ("CPUC"), as in effect ftorn time to time. Such services shall be limited to those services specified <br />by Customer from time to time under Section 2 hereof and for which Customer qualifies. Service under this Contract shall <br />commence on May IsL 2 ("Effective Date") and continue thereafter so long as one or more of the attached Schedules <br />referenced in Section 2 remain in effect. This Contract shall also remain in effect to permit any "winding up�' occLning <br />thereafter (e.g., billing and payment reconciliations, correction of gas imbalances, etc.) or to enforce or satisfy any obligations <br />arising prior to the end of the Contnict. <br />Section 2 - Apylkable Services <br />Utility offers the following "menu" of gas services: <br />A. Intraslate Transportation Service. (X) <br />B. Marketer/Core Aggregator/Use or Pay Aggregator Service- ( ) <br />C. GasSelect Service. W <br />D. Basic Storage Service. <br />E.
