Item #11 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF May 20, 2003 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Kenny — Director of Parks, Recreation & Family Services <br />SUBJECT: Reservation Request for Fleming Park— Elisha Rock MBC <br />DATE: May 6, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Elisha Rock M.B.C., based in Fontana, has submitted a facility reservation request for the use <br />of Fleming Park on Saturday, September 13, 2003. Their listed intention for use is to host a <br />praise dance rally. A copy of the facility use application, as well as a supplemental letter from <br />the organization has been provided. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Fleming Park presents a high-profile, aesthetic location to reach the community, and the event <br />has the potential to positively impact the community.
