Item #12 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF May 20.2003 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Ron Kenny — Director of Parks, Recreation & Family Services <br />SUBJECT: Reservation Request for Fleming Park— Colton First Assembly <br />DATE: May 6, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Colton First Assembly has submitted a facility reservation request for the use of Fleming <br />Park on June 28, 2003. Their listed intention for use is to present a community outreach A <br />copy of their facility use application, as well as a supplemental letter from the organization has <br />been provided. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Fleming Park presents a high-profile, centralized location to reach the community as a whole, <br />and the event has the potential to positively impact the community.
