CONFLICT OF INTEREST: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that every City Council take action to support the Statewide ballot initiative <br />in order to make known publicly to its citizens this important policy initiative and to forward that <br />resolution to the League and the city's Legislative Delegation.
