RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council: (1) Approve the Community Services <br />Department's request to enter into a lease agreement for the acquisition of a vehicle <br />for a Mobile Recreation Program, in the amount of $25,235.65; (2) Authorize the City <br />Manager to execute a lease agreement with the Ford Motor Company which is in a <br />form acceptable to the Finance Director and City Attorney; and (3) Authorize the City <br />Manager to execute an agreement, in a form acceptable to the Finance Director and <br />City Attorney, with Moss Bros. Ford to require Moss Bros.
