The applicant completed a Traffic Study, a Hydrology Report, and a Biological Assessment that addressed major environmental concerns. Staff from the City Attorney's Office revised the Initial Study/Environmental Assessment and re-circulated the document for public review. The Initial Study/Environmental Assessment identified environmental factors that are affected by the proposed project and contains mitigation measures that mitigate effects to less than significant.
