TSU takes a personal approach to every project we undertake and our commitment to hands on involvement insures the client that the principal members of our firm will be intimately involved from start to finish of our contract. We believe a small organization is ideal to maximize efficiency and provide the necessary experience to handle almost any size project. The client can be assured that one of the principals of the firm will be in constant contact throughout the life of the project. We have a policy that the principal assigned to your project can be contacted 24/7 for the duration of the contract. The important elements of a Project Management team. are credibility, reliability and competence. Credibility is based on expertise, experiences, reputation, technical competence, and knowledge of business and technical issues. Reliability of a project manager is directly related to his or her actions. Erratic behavior and project management do not mix. Project management competency is demonstrated by producing desired results, delivering products and services on time, within budget and according to specifications. We are confident that our qualifications and experience meet these important elements. Mr. Williams will be assigned to this project and has personally been involved in outdoor sports facilities for over 25 years. The first athletic endeavor was in 1979 at Reedley College where he reconstructed the baseball diamond and seating area. The most recent baseball facility was modifications to the Sunken Diamond at Stanford University in 2002. He has also assisted in modifications to the football field at University of California - Berkeley in 2003. In addition, Mr. Williams personally attended over 50 baseball games from Little League to High School to College to Minor League to Major League in 2003 and has a passion for the game. There is a personal interest in making this project successful.
