Arrowhead Avenue, 5th <br />Floor, San Bernardino, California, 92415-0110; and to the Board of Directors for the San <br />Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), Santa Fe Depot, 1170 West 3rd Street, 2nd <br />Floor, San Bernardino, California, 92410-1715. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
