Solo, Planning Manager, of my staff and City <br />Engineer Amer Jakher met with Mayor Deirdre Bennett and Council Member John <br />Michell to address issues relating to the proposed project, Ralph Herzig --Tentative <br />Tract Number 16248, Fie Index Number DT -65-01. The proposed project will be <br />located at the east terminus of Shadid Drive within the boundaries of the Reche Canyon <br />Specific Plan. The projec4 which InChMFOX a a quest for a Specific Pian <br />Amendment to the specific Pian, is scheduW for a Public Hearing by the City <br />Council on Fiwuary 17, 2004. The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately <br />40 gross acres of vacant land into 47 Single-family Residential tots, and two letter lots, <br />"A" and "B" to remain as permanent open space. At the meeting, Council Member <br />Mitchell requested information on the size of the useable lot area for each of the <br />residential lots that are being proposed for the project. <br />Attached for your information is a table listing the gross floor area and pad Goor area <br />(the area of useable property) of each lot proposed for the project.
