R-05-04 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RE -ALLOCATING <br />$103,370 FROM DAVIS PARK RESTROOM AND PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO <br />COLTON MIDDLE SCHOOL SOCCER FIELD LIGHTING PROJECT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving the street <br />infrastructure; and <br />WHEREAS, the Funding has been identified for allocation to these projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVED that $103,370 be re -allocated from the Davis Park Restroom and Park <br />Improvement Project to Colton Middle School Soccer Field Lighting project. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 201h day of January, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
