RECOMMEND <br />DENIAL. <br />DATE: JANUARY 13, 2004 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, attached is a report from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed claims against the City.
