LEMUS, DOL 10/09/03 <br />DATE: NOVEMBER 26, 2003 <br />This memo is in reference to your memo dated November 3, 2003, regarding the <br />claim of Antonio B. Lemus. <br />On Saturday, October 10, 2003, a resident reported that a tree had split on the <br />corner of Hanna Street, just west of 10th Street. <br />Upon viewing the tree across the sidewalk and into the residents yard, it was <br />determined that the fallen tree had apparently broken the decorative light pole in <br />the yard. <br />The standby crew was then dispatched to remove the fallen tree. <br />I <br />c3emusclaimdjp 112603 <br />PM 12= 41 <br />
