R-73-04 <br />A RESOLUTION DELEGATING THE CITY MANAGER AS AUTHORIZED <br />AGENT TO SUBMIT RETIREMENT APPLICATIONS TO THE PUBLIC <br />EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM PER SECTION 21152(c) OF THE <br />GOVERNMENT CODE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton (hereinafter referred to as Agency) is a contracting <br />agency of the Public Employees' Retirement System; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council delegate and it does <br />hereby delegate to the incumbent of the position of City Manger authority to make <br />applications on behalf of the Agency for disability retirement of all employees and to initiate <br />requests for reinstatement of such employees who are retired for disability. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
